The ESX QXE12D2 is part of the QUANTUM QXE range, designed to deliver exceptional sound reproduction with a compact design . This 30 cm (12”) subwoofer incorporates a new cast aluminum chassis , optimized for maximum ventilation of the spider and voice coil. This design reduces cone compression and improves voice coil cooling, thus increasing the power handling and durability of the speaker.
Thanks to its dual 76 mm voice coil , with a 40 mm winding, it offers a linear excursion of +/- 14 mm and a mechanical excursion of up to +/- 22 mm . Its ultra-powerful dual 200 oz (5.6 kg) magnet ensures exceptional efficiency up to 89 dB , delivering precise and powerful bass.
With a 2+2 Ω impedance, it allows several configurations: 1 x 4 Ω or 1 x 1 Ω , easily adapting to various installations and amplifiers.
