3. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (reference error). In this case, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
  • Processing time may vary between 7 and 14 business days after receiving your return.

5. Exchanges
