These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by multison.fr , a company specializing in on-board audio, video and multimedia equipment for cars, boats and homes, via the website https://multison.fr .
They apply to all orders placed on the site by customers located in mainland France and Europe.

7. Delivery

  • Shipping costs are free for all orders over €149 including tax in mainland France, except for bulky items exceeding 25 kilos .
  • Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 10 working days depending on the destination and carriers.
  • In the event of a delay, multison.fr undertakes to inform the customer.
  • The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documents provided.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by multison.fr.
  • Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.

9. Warranty

The products sold benefit from:

  • From the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code).
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
  • From the manufacturer's warranty, according to the duration specified on the product sheet.

  • Customer Responsibility : The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to report any problems to the carrier within 48 hours.
