Product description:
The MTX RTX654 is a 16.5 cm (6.5”) high-efficiency midrange driver designed for SQL installations and open-door PA systems. Thanks to its high sensitivity of over 97dB, it produces a powerful and dynamic sound with low power. Its very "Live" sound is distinguished by impressive realism, great smoothness and exceptional musicality, while remaining very detailed without being brutal or aggressive.
With its extra-large 38mm voice coil and super-large Ø115mm strontium magnet, the RTX654 offers excellent power handling and improved low-frequency handling. Its compressed paper cone and treated fabric surround also contribute to its sound quality, allowing it to shine in all situations.
Please note that the RTX654 is sold individually. Two are required for a stereo setup, and two MTX RTX2BTs or RTX4BTs tweeters must be added to complete the treble.
