The Hertz HCP 2MX is a 2-channel marine amplifier specifically designed to deliver 320W of power while maintaining a compact size . Its extruded aluminum chassis allows for optimal heat dissipation , ideal for harsh marine environments . Thanks to its design, the power transistors are placed between the PCB and the top of the heat sink, ensuring efficient thermal management .
The HCP 2MX features balanced circuitry at the Pre-In and Speaker-In inputs, ensuring optimal reduction of electromagnetic interference for noise-free sound. Its highly flexible crossover section allows you to adjust the Hi-Pass and Lo-Pass filters to slopes of 12 dB/Oct. and 24 dB/Oct. , while the Bass Boost enhances low frequencies for a deeper, more powerful sound.
The HCP 2MX 's Hi-Pass pre-amplified outputs allow you to create a Band-Pass on the front woofers , thus offering greater flexibility in the configuration of your audio system. This model is also equipped with the ART (Automatic Remote Turn-On/Off) function, facilitating automatic activation and deactivation of the amplifier.
