MUSWAY MW-FM5.5 is a high-quality special damping material designed to effectively reduce noise in the vehicle cabin. With a 5.5mm thick sandwich structure, this waterproof material combines four high-performance layers, providing exceptional noise reduction.
- The first 1.2 mm butyl layer guarantees optimal adhesion, stabilizing the metal parts.
- The second layer, made of 2.8 mm special rubber , absorbs residual noise in different frequency ranges.
- A third 1.5mm butyl layer adds additional sound insulation.
- The final layer is a special non-woven fabric , perfect for door panels, which further reduces contact noise.
This product is supplied in the form of 7 sheets of 500 mm x 700 mm (i.e. a total surface area of 2.45 m²), easy to install for remarkable acoustic comfort in the vehicle, with a noise reduction of up to -32 dB .
