The Alpine DME-R1200 is an innovative digital rearview mirror designed to improve your driving safety, especially for motorhomes , delivery vans and recreational vehicles whose rear visibility is often obstructed. This 12-inch rearview mirror incorporates a 1920 x 1080 pixel Full HD display , providing optimal visibility of traffic conditions behind your vehicle. The video image comes from a high-resolution HDR camera mounted on the rear of the vehicle and guarantees a clear view, even in low-light conditions.
The screen is easily usable in digital rearview mirror mode to display real-time images, but can also be turned off to return to a traditional analog rearview mirror , allowing you to monitor passengers or pets in the rear. With this flexibility, you benefit from both increased safety and greater convenience during your journeys.
The HDR camera system reduces glare and optimizes image clarity, even when driving at sunrise or sunset, or when another vehicle is following you at night with powerful headlights. This ensures an uncompromising view, providing a perfect view of the rear of your vehicle in all conditions.
The DME-R1200 is a universal product, but requires a vehicle- specific installation bracket , which is available as an option. See the features and specifications below for compatible bracket options.
